Privacy notice. What happens to your details.

When you book a call, the form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, your practice or business, what you’d like help with and a message. It also records the page you sent it from, the page or site that brought you to it and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know how you found the site.

When you pick a time, Google Calendar records your name, email address and the time you chose.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages visited, roughly where in the world visitors are, and the kind of device and browser. It isn’t used to identify you.

Your details are used only to arrange the call, prepare for it and reply to you. The lawful basis is Clifton Media’s legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract.

Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

• Rocket.net hosts the website, with Cloudflare protecting it.
• Google Workspace handles email and Google Calendar bookings.
• Google Analytics measures visits, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Plausible Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you: the page, the site that sent you, your country and the kind of device.
• SendGrid delivers the emails the website sends.

Each acts on Clifton Media’s instructions. Some may store data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK data protection law requires. Your details are never sold, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last contact, unless you become a client. In that case they’re kept with the client records for as long as the law requires.

Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice, so they’re always on. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

You can ask to see the details held about you, correct them, have them deleted, or object to how they’re used. Email hello@clifton-media.co.uk.
